• Move or enlarge rooms, shift walls, adjust circulation
• Add bedrooms or bathrooms
• Reduce overall square footage
• Revise doors & windows
• Adjust design to accommodate the slope of your lot
• Change ceiling heights, add vaults or trey ceilings
• Change exterior materials, roof slopes, add or remove dormers
• Add more garage bays or increase height to accommodate an RV
• Add pool storage or a pool bath to the house, or add a separate pool house
• We can customize anything you need

The Process

1. Choose a plan that you love, but doesn't have everything you need.
2. Click the "Request cusomization" button on that plan page.
3. Describe generally what you need in the design.
4. We'll send you a proposal for the customization.
5. When you move forward with the customization, we'll send you preliminary drawings showing your new design.
6. Get back to us with what works and what needs adjustments.
7. We'll make the adjustments and finish adjusting the rest of the construction drawings.
8. You end up with a completely custom plan designed with the same skill as the original design.

• If you need additional revisions later in your build process, we're here for you and have your files ready for any adjustments needed. Our files are all securely backed up to the cloud 24/7.

Pricing and Turnaround

Small modifications can be as low as $200 and can be turned around as quickly as a week.

Large scale modifications can be much more, but you will receive a proposal stating cost and turnaround. No surprise billing.
