1. Contact us with a description of your project. If you like, we can email you a design questionnaire to guide you through this.
2. We will get back to you with a proposal that clearly shows a payment schedule and the design process with design deliverables at each phase.
3. Once we get started, we will work back and forth from the concept phase to preliminary design to design development and into construction drawings.
4. You'll end up with a design fit perfectly to you and construction drawings to guide your builder.

Pricing and Turnaround

Most of our projects range from $8,000 - $15,000 for complete design services from concept to construction drawings. This includes renderings. Pricing is based on size and complexity. Contact us for a proposal that will give you exact pricing for your project.
